Over 250 of our Year 11 students took part in our Employer Mock Interview Day, gaining valuable experience of formal interviews and the opportunity to discuss their interests, strengths and future ambitions with employers from a wide range of industries.

The feedback from our visiting employers was fantastic, with students praised for their confidence, preparation, manners and enthusiasm. Particular congratulations to students who impressed employers with their research, thoughtful questions and clear aspirations for the future.

Experiences like these help our young people build confidence, develop essential employability skills and prepare for their next steps into further education, apprenticeships and employment.
