We would like to give a special mention to Kenzie Lee G in Year 8 for his fantastic achievement with Maghull FC.

On Tuesday evening, Kenzie and his teammates were crowned FA County Cup champions after an unforgettable final. Showing tremendous commitment, dedication, and hard work throughout the season, Kenzie played a key role in the team’s success by scoring the opening goal in a thrilling match that finished 2–2 after extra time. The game then went to a dramatic sudden-death penalty shootout, with Maghull FC securing a 5–4 victory.

With 91 teams competing in the County Cup, this is an incredible accomplishment and one that truly deserves recognition.

The atmosphere at Walton Hall Park was unforgettable, with more than 450 supporters in attendance. Friends and family travelled from far and wide to cheer on the Maghull U13s, creating a fantastic occasion for everyone involved. The players represented themselves impeccably both on and off the pitch, making it a night Kenzie and his teammates will never forget.
