Alsop are working in partnership with Liverpool Football Club to deliver a social action project.

Mr Deakin, Pastoral Mentor comments: “We are thrilled to be working with the LFC Foundation to facilitate the #iwill project. This will greatly assist the character development of a cohort of Alsop students and enable them to take an active part in their community.”

The #iwill campaign also aims to develop core skills and help young people to identify and understand issues within their community, society and the environment. Through teamwork, students are encouraged to identify the most appropriate ways to reduce the issues. The project works with 21 local schools and youth and community groups across north Liverpool.

Mr Wilson, Headteacher comments: “The #iwill initiative offers Alsop students a unique opportunity to make positive contributions to their local communities, the environment and society as a whole. We would like to thank the LFC Foundation for developing this much needed partnership work.”
