Thirty students recently had the opportunity to visit The London Carriage works restaurant @ The Hope Street Hotel for a unique fine dining experience. They enjoyed a delicious two-course meal featuring dishes such as gnocchi, cod supreme, and poached pears.

During the visit, students heard an inspiring talk from the head chef and the events management team, who shared insights into careers within the hospitality and catering industry. The experience not only gave students a taste of professional fine dining but also deepened their understanding of customer service, teamwork, presentation, and the skills needed to succeed in the world of food and event management.
